Position Summary
As our Social Media Manager, you will play a critically important role in shaping and communicating our brand story across various social media platforms. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with Domino’s business goals and objectives.
- Manage and curate all social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok.
- Create compelling content (images, videos, blog posts) that reflects our brand voice and encourages engagement.
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary to optimize campaigns and boost overall reach and engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate marketing initiatives and ensure cohesive branding across all platforms.
- Engage with customers online and respond to inquiries, feedback, and comments to foster relationships.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices to keep our social media efforts relevant and effective.
- Manage social media advertising budgets and optimize paid ad performance to achieve desired outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Proven track record of developing and successful executing social media strategies.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Creative thinking with a passion for storytelling through digital channels.
